Forest valley killed another pet!! Another home full of children crying. Another botched procedure. Simple spay and the cat dies because of their ineptitude. This is far too common. Sad!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CATS HERE!!!! I took my cat to get spayed this morning.. 5 hours later they call to tell me there were complications BEFORE surgery!!! What do they not know simple math the cats weight to anesthesia ratio!!! Are you kidding me. Before this my daughter took her cat here for eye surgery, not only did they botch it the first time, they offered to do the surgery a second time and still didn't do it right and billed her twice. Brought our new pup in on Friday for an emergency situation. He was not a patient of theirs (yet!), but they calmly handled my panicky phonecall and swiftly took care of our boy. They kept us informed on our furkid's status and told us what to expect when we got home with him. He made a full recovery - such a relief!! � And the costs were less than if we drove all the way to Springfield's emergency vet, both in terms of money, time, and distance. Great people, I would highly recommend them. They get us right in if there is a problem and take great care of our pets.
The entire team/staff are so loving towards my pets. I have spent 3 wks of in and out visits to help my sick cat, with every visit and every phone call I've made everyone has been so caring and attentive.
Forest Valley Veterinary Clinic is great place to take your pets. There caring, gentle, people. We have been closely involved with 2 of the vets there. Dr. Amanda and Dr. Paul . Without them both in our corner we would probably lost our big guy Dakota to Cushings . We would have the first ever " Hairless English Springer Spaniel " .
