So that picture on Facebook that I can’t seem to post here was taken on Sunday night before what we thought was going to be life-ending surgery for hemangiosarcoma of the spleen. We were devastated. But thanks to Dr. Kerry Jones and her team at Forest Trails Animal Hospital, Lizzie alive and very well. It was a massive hematoma and not cancer. We took our sick chameleon in today. They were booked up on appointments but they fit us in to make sure our little friend was ok. Dr. Welch was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and not only helped us to get our chameleon on the road to recovery, he gave us a lot of information to help us in the future. We will be back in the future for sure!
Dr. Welch and his staff are AMAIZING and so friendly. Was so worried for my daughter's Chameleon.. She was taken great care of by everyone! I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone!!
