We want to thank Dr. Welch from the bottom of our hearts for coming in on his day off to examine our bird. We thought she was very sick and we needed to get to Tulsa fast. We live in Joplin Mo. where there is no avian help. We called half way to Tulsa at 8am, they made room for us and called the doctor and he came in. Staff is nice (most days)... they did a great job trimming a parrots nails and beak. The bird makes the wait amusing.
