DO NOT RENT FROM THEM OR AT THIS PLACE. I lived here a year and within the first few months my car got broken into. We complained and I made a claim. I asked for more lighting or cameras and they did nothing. Fast forward a few months later my apartment flooded. They “cleaned out” the gutter in the back and that was it. They brought fans and a cleaning crew and what not over the next few days. Then our apartment flooded again, which they were quicker to get someone out but the flooding was worse.
