I’m writing this review out of desperation and in hopes that someone in a higher position will finally take action. My experience at Forest Edge Apartments has been nothing short of a nightmare from the very beginning. On the day I was supposed to move in, the unit I was originally assigned had an active leak, forcing a last-minute transfer. It’s 5:30 we been here 20 min this manager didn’t want to open the door wen we came to pay our rent! She just pop up her eyes through the window looking at us, And straight up just ignored us!
People, if you’re looking for a new place to move in don’t even consider coming out here to check it out. They will make it look and sound the best apartment complex to live in the world. The number of problems it just crosses the line by far. Starting with no maintenance personnel, the office people don’t take issues reports seriously and takes forever to be corrected. These past 7 months has been the worst experience ever living out here from my Car being shoot up doing a shoot out to the change of new management who is very rude she don’t know how to talk to people and she won’t give and email or a phone number to get in contact with corporate. She calls people and try to check them because they gave her a bad review. She’s very unprofessional.
