we've been sitting here for over 2 hours to be seen for a strep throat check and I'm still waiting. people who pulled up got seen and left and we're the last car here and they close soon this place sucks
The two girls at front desk need to be trained....They were so lacking of the ability to multi task or even move out of snail gear..
On October 29th their office was closed all day, even though the sign said they’d reopen at 1pm due to the power outage from the storm. I was going to go into the walk in clinic around 4:30 thinking the power would be back on and they’d be up and running. Unfortunately I was wrong and they were still closed despite the note on the door saying they’d be open by 1pm. Because of this I had to miss another day of work.
🗣️FYI: do not I repeat do not go to Forest City family Care behind roses. I use to think and talk so highly of them but they are very unprofessional, and will lose your information with no regards to where it could be. This is the second time I've experienced this with them. A mistake is a mistake but carelessness is just that careless ‼️
10/12/2020 Came for what I think is a sinus infection 11:30 was told was not taking any patients until 1:00 for lunch Came back at 1:00 pm and was checked in at 1:15pm It is now 5:19 Pm and I am still here.
RecommendedThese people are amazing and so considerate. They got me in quickly, checked and out of there with the answers I needed. I'm always afraid of embarrassing myself like throwing up in front of people or something equally horrifying but they put my fears to rest so quickly that I cried in gratitude. These people really are great.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great service! No issues, except a small billing concern. Insurance was then contacted. Everything is sorted. My review would be 5 stars if I would have had the option to opt out of ROBO-CALLS, daily, around 10AM, before they happened. I asked them to stop and they have, but since when do physician’s offices ROBO-call patients. Also, upon initially contacting the office after the first robo-call, the office staff seemed oblivious to the fact they were robo-calling patients.
