Rating this office 3 stars as they were able to get me in much quicker than any other dermatology office around and overall staff had a pleasant bedside manner. I saw the nurse practitioner (Gore) for an acute full body rash. She promptly diagnosed me, and I was able to start some treatment, which I am very thankful for. Unfortunately, the visit itself felt rushed and I received no written instructions upon leaving despite being prescribed 3 new medications. Dr. Steadman was fine during the minimal time I saw her, but the office staff and their process are not very friendly, efficient or accommodating. They emailed me (twice) saying I needed a follow-up appointment, so I made one. I arrived a few minutes late to find an empty waiting room and parking lot, no receptionist at the desk - when she finally appeared, she said she had to check if I could still be seen ( waiting room still empty).
