Dr. Steadman and her staff are very nice and knowledgeable. This was my first visit, and I will continue to visit this practice for my skin needs.
I had appt last week that I waited for over an hour and wasn’t seen, I rescheduled for today. I showed up at 2pm for a 2:30 appt. At 2:39 I requested to speak with office mgr Receptionist told nurse Ashley otw to get office mgr what happened and they had a giggle about it Dr looked at rash and told me idk, we’ll try this cream and see This whole experience was unprofessional
The staff were all attentive and efficient. I had no issues getting in for an appt within a month (and there were earlier dates, they just didn’t work for my schedule). That seems to hard to do with dermatology visits. Unfortunately I did need a biopsy but they ensured I was comfortable and I’m happy I made the visit when I did. I don’t feel I’ve had that level of care at other dermatology groups in Indy.
