Excellent professional service.
I showed up on time and the staff didn’t send me a form to my text number. I had to fill it out, and then she told me she had to ask the doctor if she could see me because of the timing. First of all, it’s not my fault that I didn’t get a form to fill out prior to the appointment. They sent it to my home phone number not my text number. The doctor sees a patient for a short time. I am writing this for my wife, the actual patient. She was happy with the care and treatment received.
The staff here is great. Dr. Steadman successfully removed a chunk of Basel cell carcinoma on my collarbone 2 years ago and it healed up so well there is barely a noticeable scar. I’ve been going back for additional screenings and got the all good today to return to once a year! They generously provided me with some sample sunscreens and coupons that I will definitely use. I highly recommend!
I booked an appointment, only to arrive early and be told it had been canceled do to a double booking. They asked Dr Steadman if she would be able to see me anyway, and she agreed. As my information was being entered I was told they no longer see self pay patients. Which seems to violate the non discrimination policy they have posted. People who can pay for medical services without being insured should still be able to get treatment.
