I tried multiple times to schedule an appointment online via their portal to no avail. Then when I called to schedule an appointment, I was assisted by an individual speaking very broken English. You could tell it was a call center. Due to the language barrier, which is frustrating, I gave up. I'll find another dermatologist that has their act together.
I like going to the Mooresville facility. It is convenient, well organized, and clean. The people are friendly and professional.
