I was supposed to have one skin tag removed. I was charged a copayment and sent a bill, which I also paid. The skin tag never came off. I came back to have it removed, charged another copay and told that they couldn’t guarantee it and could be charged 100.00 because the insurance paid the first time and might not pay again. I left with nothing corrected. I would not go here again.
I would give this place zero stars if that were possible. Despite receiving multiple warnings about the importance of being on time—both by text and through a large sign on the front door—I was made to wait an entire hour before being seen by a nurse practitioner instead of the doctor. During the visit, the NP remained several feet away and did not perform a physical exam.
