An extremely disappointing and wasteful experience. My daughter was first seen at the Broad Ripple office and then transferred to this location. She had already completed two full provider consults—both billed to insurance—along with multiple labs and pregnancy tests. All follow-up appointments for the next six months were scheduled and in place. WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT GO HERE. HAD A SMALL ISSUE ON MY FACE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SIMPLE. WHEN I WENT TO THE FOLLOW UP TO GET STITCHES OUT - THEY DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT MY FACE TO SEE IF IT WAS HEALING CORRECTLY - - TOLD ME SORRY WE WON'T TOUCH THAT ON YOUR FACE YOU HAVE TO GO TO A PLASTIC SURGEON , THEIR THE ONES THAT WORKED ON THAT AREA IN THE FIRST PLACE, THEY SHOULD HAVE KNOWN IT WASN'T LOOKING RIGHT WHEN I WENT BACK TO GET STITCHES OUT.
