We ordered take out for the first time tonight. Outstanding service. All three people that helped me were very outgoing and nice. Wish I had gotten their names. They even threw in some cheese grits when I couldn't decide between that and fries. Ordered the Rocket Shrimp and the Rocket Reuben. Both were awesome. Looking forward to going back with the whole family.
I love this place. Everything I've had has been great. I'm in love with the hush puppies, I usually fill up on them before the food comes. The only complaints I've seen are about service, but my wife and I have only had good experiences. People need to understand that a small business will have problems dealing with a lot of customers at the same time when the only other food around are fast food chains. The food is fantastic, my favorite is the BBQ tacos and the wings, grilled and tossed in their Pow Pow sauce. The fries here are fantastic, the Red Beans and Rice are delicious and hearty enough to have a bowl for your meal. I don't even like fish but the fish and chips here are very tasty. The portions are huge and prices are very reasonable. Try the Jalapeno Margarita, Beach Martini or the Bushwacker. You'd be hard pressed to find something that you don't like. The food was good however the service was so bad that I will never, ever eat at that establishment again. I felt like I was an annoyance to the waitress by walking in the freaking door. I walked in the door at 8:20 and was informed that the kitchen closes at 9 as if she wanted me to turn around and walk back out. Mind you, I was in a group of six people. Words cannot even begin to describe how rude this waitress was.
