Brought my Flex in without an appt. because it was unsafe to drive and the service dept., got me a ride home, a rental car the next day and got to the repair on my car within the two days. Got the car home all shiny and clean too!

Took almost three hours for an oil chnage and tire rotation. If this process could be speed up (under 1 1/2 hours) it'll be great. Only had 5 cars in front of me. Luckily I bought myself some entertainment ...
