Excellent! "The Works" oil change, tires, etc. pkg. Ms Rodriguez is on point as the face of service with a smile. Love the ability to be taken home and picked up while car is serviced. No complaints.
**Good place to go if you work with the right people... explaination below** Chris Christmas was the salesman that helped us. He went above and beyond with trying to find something that would work with our unique situation (highly recommend chris!). Lots of walking back and forth to the front office where they run the numbers. We ended up in a Honda that my fiancee loved. The numbers werent exactly what we wanted, but they were doable. My son was looking for a base 2014 Mustang in deep impact blue. On cars,com there were only about 12 within a 200 mile radius of our home on Long Island. Apple Ford had one of the best prices so I contacted them. Bernie Z was the salesman assigned to us. After we exchanged several emails, I agreed to purchase the car. I had a great experience with Apple Ford in Columbia, Maryland. Ray was a fantastic salesman. He was one of the first salesman who cared only what I was interested in - not in my budget. I get turned off immediately when I have a salesman ask me my budget - there is a hidden connotation with this verbal implication. Ray showed me all cars they had available. He never ONCE made me feel like I was a pain. He treated me with respect and kept my interests as his number one primary. Thank you Ray!
