My son was looking for a base 2014 Mustang in deep impact blue. On cars,com there were only about 12 within a 200 mile radius of our home on Long Island. Apple Ford had one of the best prices so I contacted them. Bernie Z was the salesman assigned to us. After we exchanged several emails, I agreed to purchase the car. I had a great experience with Apple Ford in Columbia, Maryland. Ray was a fantastic salesman. He was one of the first salesman who cared only what I was interested in - not in my budget. I get turned off immediately when I have a salesman ask me my budget - there is a hidden connotation with this verbal implication. Ray showed me all cars they had available. He never ONCE made me feel like I was a pain. He treated me with respect and kept my interests as his number one primary. Thank you Ray!

I've really enjoyed my experiences with Apple Ford. I bought my Escape here (this dealership was the only one who could get me what I wanted at a fair price) and I bring my car in for all its service needs. Service is generally a breeze, appointments are made and kept in a timely manner, and my wait time has been kept to a minimum. I brought my daughter here to buy a used car last year, I'll definitely buy my next vehicle here.
