There are a few keys folks that have become friends for life that work at Apple Ford that make it worth spending two days figuring out which vehicle was best for our needs and not their sales needs. Highly recommended I got a great deal on my car and my trade in.
They sold us the car we wanted for a great price. The sales staff was helpful and professional and did not resort to pressure tactics, but relied on the great deal to make the sale for them. The lifetime oil changes and car washes with all new or used cars is a really nice benefit.
My experience was absolutely fantastic! My sales person Mike Thomas was courteous and professional! I haven't even had my vehicle for over 45 days and I have already referred the dealership and salesman several times! I came to look at a car after work and was able to find what I wanted in my budget with time to have dinner afterwards! Staff at the dealership very professional. Only item for improvement would be rebate knowledge with price presentation. Worked for two weeks with sales person to only find out that an extra $1,000 would be applied to price as no trade-in.
When my new 2013 Ford Escape's rear view camera didn't work, due to a loose connection that wasn't done correctly in the factory, Apple Ford (Will Malloy) immediately offered a loaner car (Fusion) while the service department investigated and fixed the problem a work day later.
