As an over protective, you-better not take advanage of my mother, daughter, I was pleased with both Sekou (sales person) and Chad (business manager). They treated my mother with the utmost fairness and respect. The process was painless for her and I really appreciated that.

This was one of the most satisfying and pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. The sales person (Carlos) was not pressuring at all and answered all our questions with courtesy and patience. Even the finance person (Tim) was happy to answer questions and get us through everything easily. I had bad experiences with the previous Apple Ford incarnation and their service department in particular. I was very surprised to be treated as well as I was and would definitely recommend purchasing there now.

Apple Ford has such great Customer Service all around! I had been having my old car serviced there for a few years! The Quick Lane staff and Service Dept are knowledgable and very friendly! They also were very sweet and understanding when breaking the news to me about my old car needing more repairs then what the car was worth. Best car buying and service experience ever! Respectful, informative and generous sales professionals and low-pressure, courteous business office. I purchased an 07 Honda Accord for my new teenage driver. Our salesman, Marcus, was extremely professional and helped us to make the right choice. The financing was easy and we are thrilled with our new "used" car. I will definitely go back for my next one! BC

Deceptive sales department made us walk away from a car we wanted. We were quoted one price on the phone, however when we went in to buy the car and found that the quoted figure was not honored, it was denied. After some discussion, we received an apology and even a little bit of a price break. However, moments later that price break was rescinded. On matter of principle we will not do business with them.
