Poor Customer Service I brought my truck in for simple brake work. Truck left leaking gear oil out of the axle seal. Problem was not there when dropped off. Three more visits later the problem was finally fixed. Also truck was not ready when promised.
Good quality for the price, but poor customer service I put my 2002 Explorer in for 65k maintenance. The was service was good and on time but cashier was not very friend!
Close location. The service department appears to have trouble diagnosing the problem the first time around.
