fast efficient service
The Service Advisor and Curtis Ford were outstanding. However, my car took 5 days to complete even though I had an appointment and all items where not corrected. To top it off the car rental agent was good, but the 2014 Lincoln thay gave me as a rental was absolutely filthy. I've scheduled to bring the car back again to complete the service. Hoping to get a better experience with the repairs.

Service doors opened promptly at 7AM sharp. Workers moved like elves. Everyone I met wearing an Apple Ford shirt was courteous and helpful. I got the scheduled oil change and all points check. Although I couldn't afford the recommended additional service at this time, my service manager was pleasant and knowlegeable. I enjoyed my visit to the Quick Service Lane.

I came to get my tire fixed and brake pads replaced on June 29th. Joe worked on my car and was extremely helpful and courteous while I waited. The wait was not too long and I received updates as well. Joe informed me when he was leaving for the day and Kevin Marshall checked me out at the register.
