I had my F-150 serviced here. They put all new rotors and pads and did a computerized wheel alignment. I must say, they did a fantastic job and it did not take as long as I thought it would. I dropped the truck off, walked in their deli, ate a little food and surfed the web a bit and before I knew it, somebody came looking for me telling me it was done. I've always been a big fan of Dodge. My RAM was just totaled. They gave me an Expedition as a rental car and I loved it. I had no idea Ford made such beautiful vehicles. I ended up coming here to buy a new Explorer XLT and had a fantastic experience. There was absolutely no games when it came to getting a good price. Their Internet Sales Dept was spectacular. We first went to Metro Ford since they were near us but they wanted a dealer fee. I don't believe in paying dealer fees so then I tried Plantation and Pines Ford and they all wanted fees, too. So we drove all the way to Sawgrass and they gave us the best deal with no dealer fees added. Was well worth the drive to save an extra $700.
My spouse lost their job and we had to downsize one of our other favorite vehicles. We picked up a brand new Ford Focus at 0% during their September promotion. We were at the right place at the right time! The vehicle we found was nicely loaded with a gorgeous interior, backup camera, sun roof... all the goodies and all in the low $200/mo. range, which is 1/3rd of what we were paying on the car we traded in. They did an outstanding job at getting me into a new car. I peppered our salesman with numerous questions as he drove us all over the lot in their golf cart. They did the best they could to get answers to all of my questions. I was very happy buying a car here. They did great service. Their financing people were super nice. The entire buying process was very smooth.
Great dealership to do business with. They gave me their best price right over the phone without haggling before I even came in. I tried several of their competitors and all I got was their song and dance about how they could not legally remove their expensive dealer fee's. Sawgrass Ford didn't charge me any dealer fee's. I saved over $500 right off the bat with them. Could not be happier. I highly recommend them.
I was visiting a friend who lives in Weston when I came from out of town. I ended up going here after my friend's car broke down. The staff at the dealership was super nice about getting us back on the road again. He bought his car at this same place If I lived in that area where this dealer is, I would definitely buy a car from this dealership after I witnessed first hand how well they treated him. Sawgrass Ford is exceptionally large as far as dealerships go. I was very impressed.
We went to 4 other dealers. They were the only ones that were not charging a dealer fee. I refuse to pay dealer fees. We ended up buying a car and did not pay anything even close to sticker price. They gave us a really good deal. From our house they were a bit to drive out to, but the savings were well worth it. After all our research, I would recommend anyone to buy a car from these people.
