I was on the look out for a Mustang GT as a retirement gift for myself and after checking Facebook, CarGurus and Carvana for the past few months, I found a gorgeous Grabber Blue Convertible at Ford of Uniontown. They did everything that I requested except for the oil change that I requested and had a verbal acknowledgment of this request with a person with me witnessing this request. I know that they were busy and probably forgot; just as overlooked the request when they reviewed the bill with me. I didn’t realize the omission of the oil change until walking back to my truck when my driver said that they omitted the oil change. I looked again at the bill and saw that it wasn’t on the bill. Love my escape my salesman Tom. He was great he explained everything about all the features of the car said if I have any questions I could come in anytime and he would explain any questions but I had I would definitely go back and ask for him in the future.
