I’ve bought 2 new trucks from Uniontown ford from Joyce their sales lady and have had trouble with both, the one I’m currently having issues with I called about scheduling an appointment for warranty work and they can’t look at it for 2 weeks and wouldn’t give a loan vehicle in the meantime, their service department is horrible as well as their quick lane department where I took my truck for a routine oil change that took 2.5 hours. Absolutely do NOT recommend Uniontown ford for any of your needs

Honestly, this was the worst experience I have ever had. I was not going to leave a review but they email me everyday asking for one. We bought a 2017 Ford escape. Less than 24 hours after having the car (it's certified pre-owned ) , the passenger side door began leaking water and stained the entire header. The first time, they were prompt with getting me in.
