bait and switch tactics saw a vehicle made an offer full price no exceptions negotiations add-ons of any kind and they would not Except unless they added an additional $3000 package for their dealership which I never use because of where I live
They are horrible,just like a dealership to fix something and break something else.Also doesn't even fix anything right. I'm so disgusted. Ford of Port Richey FL IS PATHETIC

PLEASE READ IF I COULD GIVE A RATING OF NO STARS I WOULD! This dealership will use you for your money! They charged me for parts and labor that I didn't need so they could make more money. I brought my car to their service department to get 1 strut replaced. They failed to offered all the options on how to repair my car effectively. The choices they gave me was pay $300 to put my broken car back together "it would not be fixed" or pay more money to fix it and do a poor job "while decreasing the performance of my car". Mr. ********* brought his 2011 Ford Mustang in to service here at Ford of Port Richey on 08/03/2020. Customer stated the his right front strut needed to be replaced and he provided his own parts for us to install. He was quoted a price of $300.00. After the right front strut was removed, and the new strut was ready to be installed, it was evident that the parts that MR. ********* provided were not compatible with the mounting hardware that was on strut that he asked us to replace. My fiance ***** ******** just bought a new truck on May 11th 2020. She had the truck for 12 days the brakes went out, the roof started leaking water, the back passenger door wouldn't open and the computer screen for the radio kept freezing. Long story short. They put her in a rental and serviced her truck for 10 days. Promised it was all fixed.
