Don't trust them !!!! I even gave it about 3-4 weeks before this review to see if they would reach out to me and even after calling **** and making a complaint about the dealership there's been no such attempt on their part to resolve the issue I had since I had my vehicle in there getting some work done. They discriminate against women. I have never seen a dealership lack such compassion and put a person in such ***** way in letting them drive around with a vehicle not working correctly. Their Service Manager, *************************, is scary and awful person. My name is Jason v********, I took my 2016 ford focus titanium to ford of port richey to have the TCM and Shudder recalls done. The service advisor James messaged me after I left the dealership and refused to do the recalls. He told me I would be charged for everything. I went and picked up my car without the recalls being done. I did report it to NHSTA and Fords corporate office.

Unfortunately, **** does not show any active recalls on his vehicle. It may have had at one time, but not currently. We would be happy to service the vehicle. But **** will not cover the expense, unless there is a recall. I can assure you that we will always work hard to satisfy any customer and we want to work on any vehicle. **** is the one that determines when and at what cost recalls are done.
They discriminate my son then promised him a customized bronco that are not available ran his credit until the scores all went to **** I've been a **** girl my whole life 42 now I'm going dodge. My son got a new jeep!!!!!!!
Horrible service department. Paid for the computer diagnostics..replaced what they said was wrong. They wanted to charge $500.00 + to fix it. We bought the part for $128.00, and replaced it in 20 minutes. This did not correct the issue, so again, we have to pay for another diagnostic and pray that this time they get it right. But...we have lost all faith in this dealership!
************************* and his manager are absolutely awful. Took a $500 deposit over the phone to hold the car for me until I could get there the next day. Got a call around 7pm that day saying the car was sold. I asked to speak to the manager and he called me a liar, saying they dont hold cars for anyone. He refused to make the issue right, never offered an alternative. I said why would I call and give you $500 for absolutely no reason? DO NOT GO HERE!
