Don't waste your time here. Miss K Madak the sales rep was working with me. We narrowed the car down to a Fusion but had to wait on back approval and employer references, however, while working and traveling for work I asked my sales rep if I could put a deposit down, she replied "no". I even gave it about 3-4 weeks before this review to see if they would reach out to me and even after calling **** and making a complaint about the dealership there's been no such attempt on their part to resolve the issue I had since I had my vehicle in there getting some work done. My name is Jason v********, I took my 2016 ford focus titanium to ford of port richey to have the TCM and Shudder recalls done. The service advisor James messaged me after I left the dealership and refused to do the recalls. He told me I would be charged for everything. I went and picked up my car without the recalls being done. I did report it to NHSTA and Fords corporate office.

Unfortunately, **** does not show any active recalls on his vehicle. It may have had at one time, but not currently. We would be happy to service the vehicle. But **** will not cover the expense, unless there is a recall. I can assure you that we will always work hard to satisfy any customer and we want to work on any vehicle. **** is the one that determines when and at what cost recalls are done.
