AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS. Called and spoke to a salesman regarding a truck i was interested in. Drove 5 hours with a CHECK READY IN HAND, signed on the dotted line and after sitting for well over 1.5 hours was told they couldnt reach the previous owner for the TITLE. WHY WOULD A TRUCK BE FOR SALE FOR 4 MONTHS AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE TITLE?! Needless to say these idiots wasted my whole day and bandaged it with a worthless “sorry”. Absolute disgrace. THINK TWICE BEFORE SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.
Had a broken tail light on my Ford Fusion. Brought it into the collision center and everyone there couldn’t have been nicer. They were very honest and told me what the cheapest option would be (finding a used part and having them install it). But I opted to have them take care of it. I left and was set to return on Monday. Just got a used 2016 Escape, so far so good. Found on internet search Terry had it ready the day that I said we could make it in to test it. Bob Morrisette was very helpful showing me the vehicle and it’s features, think he was more excited about it than I was. It’s an outstanding car. Able to get the payments where I wanted. Has more technology than I’m used to, trading in a 2007 and still have a 98 Escort on the road. Eventually I’ll figure it out. If you need a truck, ask for Daryn Turner. Very low pressure and knowledgeable about the Lineup. Matt, the sales manager stepped up and matched my trade value from another dealer that didn't have the truck I wanted and Roger in Finance worked very late to get the approval before the 0% financing offer expired on the last day of the month!
