This was the worst service experience I have ever had in my entire life. The service manager was not only irate, aggressively yelling, and belittling me, but threatened to call the police if I ever called the dealership again and then said I was "fired as a customer" and hung up on me. In the end, the issue was not resolved and the dealership did not perform the diagnostic work that the truck was scheduled for (as evidenced from the vehicle’s dash cam). RecommendedThe service advisors and manager always treats me and my fiancé so great, the level of customer service is top notch! By far the best service department at any dealership I have been to.
Went for my 10k mile service. Have some issues with the truck,I knew they would not have time to look At them but asked them to please just note the issues on my paperwork so I have record of me telling ford of the issues. Service advisor refused to note the issues and did not even right 10k mike service just wrote oil change. This is not right. complete lack of care for customers. we bought a truck from them and had to pull teeth to get any questions answered or paperwork provided. we were rushed through the entire process. and we're still waiting on them to take care of their IOU, which is a spare tire... pretty necessary in case of emergencies! it's been 3 weeks
