This was my first time at Londonderry Ford service and the experience from check in to check out was amazing.As my 2019 Ford F250 SD was being served I watched as the mechanics meticulously checked my brake’s, suspension, the complete under carriage and eventually the engine compartment. We are from out of state - bought a truck from Ford of Londonderry. Paid "sales tax" which we were told by Kevin and Roger would be returned to us once we registered the vehicle in PA. Six weeks later, still have returned over $4000 to us. Insist a temporary registration is not a registration (although Roger referred to the paper we sent as a temporary registration). Poor, poor business practice. Does not make me feel these people are trustworthy.

Our car buying experience at Ford of Londonderry was amazing. Our sales man Daryn was second to none in customer service. He would bend over backwards to try to accomodate any request thrown his way. The Manager, Matt, was also very involve in the sale and provided the utmost customer service experience. Roger, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to work with.
