This is the second car I've bought from Ford of Londonderry. Both times the service has been outstanding. Bruce Boutin and Chuck Cote were fantastic to work with--easy going, no pressure whatsoever and not only willing and able but happy to work with a budget. Communication was excellent and when I went in to pick up the new car I was in and out in under an hour. Thanks again Bruce and Chuck!

I went to Ford of Londonderry a couple months ago to see what they had for used vehicles. I was looking for another Escape or an AWD Fusion...it was my lucky day - not only did I get to work with Tim Finnegan but they had a clean 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium. I fell in love with it! Tim made sure I was comfortable with the deal. Roger and Chuck were great too! I love my car!!
I've heard wonderful things about this place, but the managers treating my family with total disrespect when trying to sell them our brother's truck, who passed away on April 7th, will forever stick. We weren't expecting group hugs and special treatment, but the attitude and complete "annoyance" that this man portrayed was flat out disgusting. All set...customers lost. Thanks.
I purchased a new 2014 Ford Focus with my salesman Raul Pereira when it was time to step out from the Caravan lifestyle. I wanted to stay close to home and support the local dealership.
