This dealer really appreciates small world connections with their customers. I saw the vehicle I ended up purchasing online and just intended to just test drive the vehicle when I went and make up my mind later. Through the test drive, it came up how Raul and others at the dealership knew many of the same people I did, and from that point on everyone at the dealer made sure they came up with the best deal possible for me. They appreciate repeat customers, and want to make sure you end up a repeat customer.

I am very pleased with my purchase of a new 2017 F 150 pickup from Ford of Londonderry. I shopped several dealerships and Ford of Londonderry had the pickup with the options I desired at the best price. I wish to thank sales associate Bob Morissette for being so helpful by going out of his way in pointing out new features of the pickup and making my purchase as seamless as possible.

We stopped by just to look, famous last words, almost at closing time. The service provided by Daryn Turner was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the newest model that would be available soon and his no pressure attitude was appreciated. When we returned to pickup the car there was a full tutorial regarding the features. It was nice to not be told to go home and "read the manual".

Great buying experience! I called about a vehicle that my husband and I had noticed on the lot after hours, and boy, am I glad that Tim Finnegan answered the phone! I was nervous to deal with a car salesman because I had anticipated being intimidated and made to feel pressured. I was so wrong!
