Leased a new F150 last Thursday evening. Picked it up Friday afternoon easy straight forward sales process.
I have had nothing but great service from Lee Turner. I have bought several vehicles from him over the past few decades and all have been great vehicles. I will always return to him time and time again. Thank you for always being a great resource for a new vehicle when we have needed it.
Came down to Ford of Londonderry and found a new 2016 Ford F-350. Lee came in with his dog rocket on his day off to make sure that the sale went smoothly. Thank you also to Roger and Chuck for treating us fairly. Everyone is friendly easy going. No pressure sales that's the way it should be. Great experiences for both vehicles my wife and I have purchased. Bruce B. (and other staff) have been nothing but helpful throughout each meeting. Straightforward and to the point when they answer questions and they're not afraid to answer a question honestly, even if it might turn someone away from a vehicle. They're interested in your personal satisfaction, not in the bottom line sales numbers. At least that's how I've always felt when we dealt with them. Thanks again Bruce!
