Visitors of businesses beware. Ford Factory Lofts own the parking lots for the businesses in this area. They have authorized SBS Parking Enforcement LLC to boot cars visiting businesses. SBS Parking Enforcement LLC will not remove the boot unless $75 cash is paid. The leasing manager at Ford Factory Lofts is aware and supports the unethical actions of SBS Parking Enforcement LLC. I would advise visitors not to park in that lot.
Worst place I ever lived. they call the parking lot the murder Kroger. task force sets up at least three times 4 times a week in the parking lot and snatches people off the streets. my dishwasher didn't work for the 11 months I was there. maintenance was a joke Tabou when I moved out breaking my lease a month early they tried to give me a 6000 dollar bill which I'm still disputing six and a half years later. Plenty of break ins in the apartment
