You can't beat the location! Ford Factory is next door to the brand new Kroger and Greens Liquor store (like 20 yards away). The actual apartment is cool with ceilings of 17 feet! Makes the place seem huge. Lindsay (manager) is the most responsive manager of any I have ever interacted with. The apartments have been updated with pretty much new everything. Oh yes....it is on the Beltline, like really attached to it.
RecommendedThis is a great location . The atmosphere is amazing. The office staff is wonderful. Ms . Lindsey B is wonderful, i love her customer services. She made sure i was taken care of before leaving the office . I recommend this company to any of my friends and also strangers that i come in contact with .
This is a great location!! The office staff is amazing and really care. If you want to be in the middle of everything that midtown has to offer in a really cool spot, this is the place to live.
I love my loft and neighbors here <3
Ford factory Lofts is a very unique original spot to live at. It’s trendy and convenient to the hwy and many midtown attractions. Management is great and always willing to help immediately. I would recommend anyone looking for loft style living to check it out.

Dishonest business practices. The signage in their parking lot is extremely confusing and seems deliberately designed that way so that they can boot cars and charge confused tourists 75$ a pop all day for what amounts to a simple mistake. I politely paid the fine but this left me counting coins for gas money to make it home. Very predatory 0/10 would not recommend.

I absolutely loved my time at Ford Factory. The location is unbeatable especially being literally on the belt line. There are so many great places nearby: Ponce City Market, Piedmont Park, New Realm Brewery, Lady Bird, Inman Park, Whole Foods etc. It's also such a great price for the location. I never had a problem with loud neighbors or anything like that. Lindsay is extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!
