Ordered our Maverick Hybrid in Nov., 2021. Our salesman, Rashad ******, babysat us through the entire waiting process. Hurray, June 9, 2023 she arrived. Everybody here bent over backwards to make our purchase an enjoyable one. She was worth the wait. Will be going back to Rashad to order our ‘24 Maverick Hybrid.

I ordered a 2022 Ford Bronco early 2022 when no dealerships had new inventory. At that time I was told specifically when I ordered that I will receive 2022 pricing no matter what. I even have paperwork from the original order. I ordered a base 2 Door Standard Bronco. Well, 15 months later the Bronco I ordered was ready AND the 2022 pricing was NOT honored by FORD Motor! They posted online a 2023 Ford Maverick for $23905 but when I called and expressed interest in buying it they said there’s an added markup of $15,000 which they would lower to $7500 due to being an internet sale. This is fraud by posting one price and then waiting for a customer to say they’ll buy it before slamming them with the markup. Very deceitful. Salesman Kevin ********said they charge the markup because they pay $5000 to $8000 over sticker just to get the cars on the lot which IS A TOTAL LIE. I have an email proving ... read more

Ford Country has been my car place for the past 16 years. The service department is first rate - honest, efficient, and thorough every time I take my cars there. They exceed at customer service by being friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to the customer. Great waiting area or you can use the shuttle service. Ford Country has improved their customer service over the years and I believe it is top notch.

I have been dealing with Juan for many years & now he is out for a while taking care of our country. ( thank you for your service 🇺🇸 ) Nick stepped in & knocked service outta the park. Thank you Nick for following through & keeping me posted along the way while fixing up my sons car ... between Nick & Juan... 5STAR... all day every day ... When bringing my vehicle in for service recently I was impressed by the way that I was treated by my service representative. The service took a reasonable amount of time and Daniel kept me informed during the entire procedure. After a much shorter amount of time than expected I was visited by my service representative to let me know that my vehicle was finished and I could retrieve it to return home.

Service department will give you a run for your money. I brought it in once and received it back with many new major problems $$$$. Take your car else where to get fixed and avoid this place at all costs.
