My son had purchased his first truck ever thru this dealership. Be warned , it's has been a nightmarish three ring circus since the first week it been in his ownership! The Quick pass people were great to deal with for my 1st oil change. However, the other side has a lot to be desired! 3 Feb I took my 2025 F150 in since the ABS light came on over the weekend. I asked for a loaner and DID NOT RECEIVE ONE. Everyone that works here is a scam. They’ve sold me 3 vehicles. My first was an explorer. I had problems with the motor from the start. Their service advisor called it a piece of crap and suggested I trade it in because it wouldn’t read on the computer that the engine was crap. Meanwhile the sales guy told me that I was upside down but if I didn’t want to trade it in and end up upside down “he knew a guy” or to take it to lake mead and put in in reverse then call a tow company to help pull it out. Chad and the team at Ford Country were professional, communicative, organized and efficient with the entire purchasing process of our Bronco! The dealership was clean and modern. The addition of the cafe was a very nice touch, although our wait time did not warrant a visit there. Dejon & Xavier were super helpful from day 1 when we met them, to when we finally decided on a car with them. They let us test drive a few cars, some more than once, to see how we feel in them and what we like/didn’t like. Test drove fiestas, fusions, focus’… they were amazing from start to finish. We ended up getting a newer Ford Fusion. They didn’t push us in making a sale, they explained the process to everything, gave us price estimates (monthly payments w/warranties, etc), and they were so incredibly nice on top of it. ... read more
Ordered our Maverick Hybrid in Nov., 2021. Our salesman, Rashad ******, babysat us through the entire waiting process. Hurray, June 9, 2023 she arrived. Everybody here bent over backwards to make our purchase an enjoyable one. She was worth the wait. Will be going back to Rashad to order our ‘24 Maverick Hybrid.
I ordered a 2022 Ford Bronco early 2022 when no dealerships had new inventory. At that time I was told specifically when I ordered that I will receive 2022 pricing no matter what. I even have paperwork from the original order. I ordered a base 2 Door Standard Bronco. Well, 15 months later the Bronco I ordered was ready AND the 2022 pricing was NOT honored by FORD Motor!
