I finally used a spa finder gift card I had won. My stylist was Paul. I went in with grey hair but golden brassy roots from an unsuccessful at home bleaching process. I showed Paul the charcoal grey roots I was going for and he most definitely succeeded! He was amazing, I will DEFINITELY be back and recommend to people!
