Dr. Rinaldi and his staff, from the front desk to the clinical staff, are always amazingly polite and friendly. This is by far the best practice I've ever been to. Ann, my hygienist was friendly, efficient, and painless.
I am usually 100% satisfied by my visits. I tried to give you the rating of 5, but it seems to come out 4.5!
The office continues to improve with special touches that make the dental experience better. (Music, convenient hours, friendly staff, processing (paperwork) etc...)
