Dr. Rinaldi and his staff, from the front desk to the clinical staff, are always amazingly polite and friendly. This is by far the best practice I've ever been to. Ann, my hygienist was friendly, efficient, and painless.
I am usually 100% satisfied by my visits. I tried to give you the rating of 5, but it seems to come out 4.5!
The office continues to improve with special touches that make the dental experience better. (Music, convenient hours, friendly staff, processing (paperwork) etc...)

Singlehandedly the best experience I have ever had at a professional establishment. Seriously, your practice should create a consulting best practices arm to educate others on how to do this often overlooked element more effectively.
I was thrilled with this last visit to Washington Center for Dentristy. I've never before felt so relaxed during a dentist appointment. My hygienist was extremely personable. My only criticism is that it is a pay-for-services office. I've considered switching several times just because it is too costly for out pocket expenses.
