You make the visit a comfortable and easy experience. Everyone, from the receptionists to the dental hygenist to the dentist, is very friendly and care about me as a customer as well as an individual.
If a dental appointment can be pleasant this one was. By doing what you suggest my cleanings are becoming easier all the time. Thanks for all the coaching and instruction in good dental care. I am reaping the benefits.
I first came to Washington Center for Dentistry a year and a half ago after reading great reviews about it on Yelp.com. The reviews were very consistent and after not having gone to a dentist in about two years, I was definitely interested in checking it out. Would really love it if it did not include dental work! But today - no problems - so it was fun. But then - it usually is.

Very clean, friendly, no pain at all. I was only in the waiting room for a couple minutes.
You failed to notify me that the dentist was not going to be in the office, even though you knew it days before and my account was noted as not wanting another partner. While I appreciate that the receptionist was apologetic, and offered me a Starbucks card and movie voucher, it is really inexcusable. For the past two visits, scheduled 6 months' ahead of time, both appointments had to be moved. Insult to injury that the moved appointment ended up the way it did.
