I had a great experience this morning. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The hygienist Anya (not sure if it's the correct spelling) was wonderful; she explained the entire process to me quire clearly and proceeded with the cleaning, which was conducted without any problems. Dr. Katsaros was also very professional and provided me with many options for treatment, in addition to explaining what the course of action would be. The entire experience was as pleasant as a dental cleaning can be!

I was pleased to have another dental technician suggested to me when I arrive almost 1.5 hours before my appointment. Suzanne did a thorough job. And even Dr. Deutsch arrived w/o being summoned!
My regular preventive maintenance appointment was great today. I especially appreciate the staff's interest in explaining clearly what they found and the monitoring/treatment options they recommend. They take time to involve the patient in care decisions.
Exceptional service! Loved the goodie bag and tour of the office. Nicole did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and explained everything she was doing. Gentle touch and so friendly. And Dr. Rinaldi was so nice! Really glad my cousin recommended WCD. I got lots of great tips for keeping my teeth healthy and walked away looking forward to my next visit!
Best dentist I've ever been to! He explained everything and discussed all minor and major issues with my teeth but didn't recommend immediate work. Instead, he's allowing me to check with my insurance to make sure these things are covered!

My 17 year old insisted on walking from his new school to his dental appointment. He was late; I was frazzled. A few minutes after the appointment time the receptionist called and very calmly said she would let the staff know. When we arrive I was more frazzled, but the office staff was calm, professional, polite and even joked! Thanks for your understanding and patience.
A great first visit to this office! It's a beautiful space with extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, and they make everything involved a breeze. It's important to contact your health insurance provider first, however, because you pay after the visit and are reimbursed afterwards. But even that is straightforward (they submit to your provider and you'll receive a check in the mail), so there's nothing bad at all to say. Highly recommend!
