I have been coming to WCD for over 10 years now. The customer service has always far exceeded my expectations, and is probably one of the top reasons why I continue to be a patient here. Everyone at WCD is friendly, courteous and kind.
All the staff at WCD always make me feel so comfortable. For example the assistant noticed I pulled away from the suction tube, so she asked why and offered some solutions to make it better. Then I needed to see a specialist and they called and got me seen that same afternoon! Love you guys!
I had an "emergency" request for an appointment and was called back within an hour to accommodate my emergency. As usual, everyone was helpful and we got to a solution to my problem within an hour.
The whole staff is absolutely amazing. I always feel like I get the best care imaginable and Dr. Rinaldi is brilliant, patient, and talented. It is a wonderful experience and I feel grateful for such an incredible team!!!
First visit. What a pleasure. You know that you're not in just any dental practice. The people are nice and everyone gives you the confidence that they are competent at what they do. It's quite clear that they know that their goal is customer/patient delight. Back tomorrow for some (requested) diagnostic work. Amazingly, looking forward to my visit. To a dentist office!
As always the staff and dentist were professional and very helpful. The office is very well organized and the staff does not like to keep patients waiting.
Dr. K and Theresa affixed my new crown expertly and efficiently. And they both put up with my "Terminator" impression! What more could you ask for in dental service?
Dr. Deutsch and the staff at WCD do a great job and provide a great experience for the patient. They make going to the dentist a painless experience, no matter what you need to have done.
Libby is consistently excellent and over the course of years that I have visited her at WCD, her skills are always at the highest level and she is continually enthused about her role. She is personable and very interested in the health of her patients. It is a pleasure to see this type of quality.
