My daughter, her husband, my wife, and I traveled to Rapid City to enjoy Black Friday shopping. We needed a place to stay - both so we could have a place to sleep and as a hub for napping between shopping, meeting up with each other,, etc. We didn't need much from the room...
At $32 per night for 4 nights my expectations were very low and man was I surprised. On the outside it looks like your typical old motel. However, walking into the room I was blown away given the price point. Room was clean and spacious!
The room was well-furnished, clean, and breakfast was included. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Rapid City. I couldn't believe I only paid $45 plus tax for the room.
They were very accomidating and helpful. The rooms were clean and the maids were rompt and did a good job. We had 10 people in our group and we were able to sit in the lobby and play games on the table and gather above the lobby to visit and not have to jam into one room.
Was traveling from SC it was late and I looked on priceline for a cheap deal.. Didn't want to pay alot.. But I hate being stuck with a dirty.. ill kept hotel. I saw that the customer rating on this hotel, it was great!... It lived up to its rating. It was built by the owners Grandparents
I found the Foothills Inn on Tripadvisor and could not believe its excellent rates. I read several more positive reviews and decided to take a chance. The place is great. For a family traveling on a budget to Mount Rushmore this would be an ideal choice.
This hotel was great. Nice clean rooms, good service, nice breakfast, friendly staff and good location in Rapid City. Almost half the price of the fancy name hotel and just as nice
Chad; A personal note regarding the wonderful work ethics of both Karen Hodet and Laura Blerinx (front desk). My son and arrived on the 24th of Aug., another trip out to the Blackhills, and again had the opportunity to stay at The Foothills Inn.
We had a great time. This hotel was everything that it said it was and more!!! A wonderful hotel and your staff was very nice and helped us tremendously and was very kind. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
