Steve is a genius!! Honest, on- time, absolutely the best person to call for your home appliance repairs!! Reasonably priced with a true sense of customer service. I highly recommend Steve !! Very pleased with the service received. Very professional, polite and prompt. He fixed several appliances my washer, dryer and dishwasher and even ordered new knobs for my cooktop. I will "highly" recommend Steven Grayson to anyone needing appliance service.... Great to still have small business with polite professional owner.
Foothills is great, contacted them today and he got us in for today. He waa fast and show polite. Would highly recommend him and if needed again in the future would definitely use him again.
I have not had a working ice maker for 3 years. Had 2 different companies tell me about replacing electronics. Had one company charge me a service call and didn't fix it. I called Foothills today and Stephen was at the house within 2 hours. He looked at it and told me I probably had a power outage that caused the the ice to melt and freeze in the motor. Our thermostat had went out and Mr. Grayson came right out and immediately installed a new thermostat for us. Service was very prompt and Mr. Grayson was courteous and very thorough! For all of our appliance needs, Foothills Appliance is our go to!
I was so pleased with the service we had last week, not only did Mr Grayson fix our problem. He called back several days later to make sure we were not having any more problems and it was still okay. Now that is customer service!
