I placed an after hours call to Foothills and received an almost immediate response. Steven was honest enough to inform me that my problem was the result of a recall - I had no idea! While Steven said he could fix it, he told me Samsung would do it for free. It’s so refreshing to see a company value honesty and integrity over making money. I called for a service repair on my LG refrigerator. The man said that he could not help me because he did not work on that brand. But he pointed me in the right direction for service. Most other places I've called never go that extra step to help you get your repair. I appreciate the help so much and I highly recommend this company! I appreciate the honesty!!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank You! Trouble with refrigerator. Had to schedule repair around a meeting later that morning. Worked with my schedule. Showed up as agreed. Was courteous and friendly, but went right to work. Found problem and fixed on the spot: didn't have to order parts! Cleaned up his mess. Very reasonable rates: I expected to pay higher. I will definitely use Foothills Appliance Service for all my repair needs!
I had a return phone call within 20 minutes, after leaving a message. Foothills Appliance was here within 2 hours. In another hour, my washer was fixed, running better than before. His expertise & knowledge of what he was doing was obvious. Friendly fast service and at a fair price. This will be the only place I call from now on for any appliance problem I might have. I highly recommend them!

Foothill’s appliance service came out to my house yesterday my dishwasher was unfixable but they were very helpful to direct me when and where to buy a new one at a good price. They were a professional it on time and if I ever need their service again I will definitely call them thank you for your service
