Very rude and untrained staff. Have a habit to change late fee rates to pocket extra cash in the hundreds. Bad customer service, relative staff rudely hang up on you if THEIR needs aren't met. Will evict without notice Bad business don't do it.
I don't think anyone works there, they never answer the phones when I call; and nobody in the office when I am on the property. I tried to pay my storage by phone over the Christmas Holiday and couldn't because they do not answer. World gone whack
This lady that works there is rude and a bully. She has homeless people living in the units. They kept my deposit even though I moved out before the new month started.
Nice facility for storage. Unfortunately they didn't have any available rental trucks when we needed it.
Awesome storage facility it’s more the hometown, feel environment rather the Corporate drama All the staff is awesome And it’s one of the cleanest storage facilities
