Rude staff and they will charge u extra just to change your form of payment if your late. They never answer the phone!
We reserved a U-Haul Truck, and when I arrived, I was greeted by Jennifer. She was very thorough and very helpful in ensuring we understood the contract and how and when these tasks were to be completed. Overall, we were very pleased with her customer service and her willingness to ensure that we received the best possible service. Thank you, Jennifer!
Very rude and untrained staff. Have a habit to change late fee rates to pocket extra cash in the hundreds. Bad customer service, relative staff rudely hang up on you if THEIR needs aren't met. Will evict without notice Bad business don't do it.
I don't think anyone works there, they never answer the phones when I call; and nobody in the office when I am on the property. I tried to pay my storage by phone over the Christmas Holiday and couldn't because they do not answer. World gone whack
This lady that works there is rude and a bully. She has homeless people living in the units. They kept my deposit even though I moved out before the new month started.
