This place is a complete joke!! You have to wait almost 4 weeks to be seen for ankle pain. There are so many better foot and ankle specialists in the area that are more than willing to see patients right away. I’m not only patient this has happened too!! Very unprofessional front staff!
Terrible management. Doesn’t treat staff, or patients well AT all. I don’t know how this is acceptable, it’s awful.
I have some pretty bad fears and anxiety’s when it comes to procedures and such. They made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job. Would recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Nelson! I was struggling with persistent Achilles tendon pain that had been limiting my activities for months. Dr. Nelson recommended laser therapy, and the results have been amazing. After just a few sessions, the pain has significantly decreased, and I’m able to move comfortably again. Her professionalism, kindness, and expertise made the whole experience so much better. I’m so grateful to have found her – highly recommend for anyone dealing with similar issues!
Helpful and pleasant at the front desk, Dr's assistant and Dr. Nelson. Everyone concerned that I got the service needed.
