I have never once heard any medical practice/office tell a patient that informing them that their referral is only good for 3 visits or 3 months is a COURTESY! Case and point, I was referred to SoFlo Institute by my insurance company, I saw the doctor twice, the office staff set a third follow-up appointment, called me to confirm the appointment, only to tell me at 8:30am, whilst standing in a full office, on the day of, that I either needed a new referral or I have to pay for the visit! The office management is horrible. Never answer or call back. Any questions, scheduling an appointment, referral need to visit the office . Not organized

We have been patients of South Florida Institute of Sports Medicine for over 15 years. My child has had orthotics made by our beloved late Dr. Sheinberg and our loving and knowledgeable Dr. Messina. Carolina the office manager is empathetic and helpful when we’ve needed her assistance. Front desk is a mess, had my appointment at 1:15 and Still sitting here waiting at 1:50. The lady in front desk is rude. You need to change your front desk lady, it seems she doesn't like her job. Place is full, lots of people.
