Dr. Jeremy Chan is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon. He is incredibly patient, attentive, and takes the time to truly listen to his patients. He explains things clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. During my visit on January 6th, Dr. Elizabeth Riley provided outstanding care in treating my ingrown toenail, demonstrating the highest level of expertise as a podiatrist, physician, and surgeon. The doctors at this clinic are excellent; however, the staff and management have serious issues that need attention from higher leadership for the clinic to function successfully. Several staff members, including the supervisor/manager, have been consistently rude, which negatively affects the clinic’s overall performance. I have been highly disappointed on multiple occasions due to unprofessional staff interactions.

My appointment with Elizabeth Reilly was simply wonderful. I know what to do and why and I would not have known that without the appointment. She recognized something in my symptoms that tied my condition in with another condition that I have that I had previously been told by others was not the case. Knowing that informs how I address it. It lets me address the root cause. Not enough doctors really get to that.
