- This pharmacy never answers the phone, they will not use good RX and they are required too. Such a hassle to deal with them. They need more staff and they need to be more courteous. I don’t not recommend this pharmacy at all to anyone.

Roxy in the front is so friendly and welcoming. When i go for the sales i always go to her line. Food city should be happy to have her. The pharmacy is awesome, with friendly staff. I had my covid-19 vaccine there all 3 of them. 4stars because of how the store is most of the time not welcoming in neatness.
Few months back I went in to get my prescription, tech behind counter setting down working on something kept looking up at me never said anything just kept looking up at me finally I coughed and she look up at me with the meanesss look and said you need something and I said yes I need to pick up my prescription and she like I am busy she was rude.
