Fonz's is a locally founded restaurant that has been a cornerstone of Manhattan Beach for the last 20 years. Started in 1997 by Olympic volleyball legend, Mike Dodd, and entrepreneur Dan Boehle, the restaurant was recently purchased by a group of local residents in an effort to keep their favorite Manhattan Beach landmark in place. RecommendedAbsolutely loved our experience with Barbara and Ryan! They are both so cute and professional and they made certain my daughters had a wonderful meal. Best tuna tartare, pasta and bread we’ve ever had! Love the décor and atmosphere. Will be back soon!

our waiter shawn was so personable he assisted to our every need even my very picky sis in law. The food is friggin awesome..and I am a serious foodie the salmon was like a bit of heaven and marshmallow fluff. wine selection another 5 stars...great ambiance.

I was here for my birthday yesterday July 1st and the food was fantastic the meatloaf was great and that lava cake OMG next time I come to Manhattan Beach I will come here for dinner.

Was here for the first time tonight for a very dear friend's birthday gathering. Food, service, accommodations for my wife's Celiac disease - TOP NOTCH! Tony - our server - was impeccable. The only non-5 Star part was the noise level with a Saturday evening crowd. Everything else - really good!
Amazing Happy Hour! Fish tacos are so fresh. Staff always so friendly!
