“Upgraded” to Tresor tower which doesn’t live up to the marketing and imagery featured on the website. Slow WiFi. Property is so large is feels chaotic. Pool areas are pretty (but busy).

Not a secure beach. They/beach staff have stolen my iphone XS. Nobody even the manager cared about it. Becareful with your stuff that can disappear!
Love this resort! WiFi had major connectivity issues, but everything else was great - love the pools, beach access, nightclub, and food!

Most painful experience checking in - slow as heck
Wasn’t impressed as was expecting an upmarket hotel but it was overcrowded and noisy, with expensive but average food. Luckily it was a corporate junky but still fell below expectations.
