Dr. Fonseca is a very caring and loving person, with a lot of empathy that he shows while treating his patients.
I waited every single time, except ultrasound appointments, fairly timely and young woman was very pleasant. Woman at front desk always looked sad. One time after waiting 2 1/2 hrs. I walked out. My last appointment(to review results) was for 11am I arrived at 10:55 didn't see doctor till 2pm. I was fit to be tied! Dr. Rodrigo Fonseca is a wonderful doctor that is always caring and giving his patients 100%. His staff is also very professional and corteous.
Good luck. Had appointment scheduled for 3~4 weeks for 80% carotid artery blockage test results; cancelled day before by office staff. Made another..cancelled morning of by office staff. No offer to see another physician in office..nothing.
I had a very unusual case that needed immediate attention. Dr. Fonseca treated me in a timely manner and explained the procedures so I knew what to expect.
