This restaurant is amazing. I came here my first time for Easter Brunch one year with my Mom. Their happy hours are good and I can't say enough about their dinner menu. If you have never been it needs to added to your AUSTIN bucket list.

Very Friendly happy environment. I was very pleased with the service and atmosphere here. This would have to be considered in my opinion "upscale" for Mexican food. No chimichangas on the menu. Whatever those are!? Beautiful decor! Bravo
I always love SM's! They salsa is so good- and the stuffed zucchini is to die for! Last night we had an older gentleman serve us who treated us like royalty and we didn't even have a reservation. I love that the employees there are so professional and have real pride and passion!
I thought La Fonda was wonderful- from service to the food- outstanding! I'm very particular about Mexican food and this exceeded my expectations! It was well worth the taxi ride I took here from my hotel downtown.
