Good service. However, the check-in and check out process could use some improvement in my opinion. When checking in, it doesn’t appear they do a good job of knowing the order cars arrive. Also, if you have a Prius, it seems you have to wait for the Prius advisor to check you in??? When picking up your car, you go to the desk of the advisor. If the advisor is not there, then what?
