The most ....enjoyable (!!) service appt in my 47 yrs of driving and car maintenance. Happened to have Matt Johnson for my contact person and left not only w great, fast work (w recommendations from him for timely needs elsewhere on my 4Runner which I gratefully agreed to), but also oddly feeling pampered. Heck! It wasn't a spa for Pete's sake!

This is the best Toyota dealership in the valley. After having horrible experiences at 2 other experiences (one of my very worst experiences being on Forni road in Placerville), Paul from the service department took care of my car in such a proactive way that this company has won a customer for life. I have recommended Folsom Lake Toyota to all my friends and family... I am also highly recommending them to anyone who is reading this

The service department was fantastic! I have done both a routine maintenance and a service work appointment and both were great. The staff was friendly, the work was done well and overall the experience was hassle free. The waiting room is nice enough and they have a shuttle if needed. Highly recommend.

I have 05 Prius which I have 100000 miles service and rear brake service done . David Macann and Tech. Brian help mine. I have asked details of each Inspections meticulously. David was very patient to respond nicely to my many questions, and at the end he brought attention to service manager Jay, who called in Brian, who explained how it was done. They effectively took care of my questions, while being polite. Brian has done the work faithfully and Jay and David gave me the great customer service. Thanks.Greg
